John T. But John didn’t start out in the real estate industry, even though he earned his license at just 21. His natural sales and negotiation abilities first led him to a role representing 113 accounts throughout San Francisco’s North Bay for Miller’s Dairy and Clover Farms, where his knowledge of the region and his community deepened. In 2002, John began some personal investment projects and spent the next 15 years managing and remodeling 12 condo units, which he turned into beautiful homes. During that time, John also obtained his appraiser license, adding even more value to his already dynamic skill set. This experience, along with his extensive market knowledge and fluency in Spanish, has enabled John to build a thriving career while doing what he loves: helping people achieve their real estate goals.
