If there's one thing that rivals Patrick's love of real estate, it's the ocean. A proud Sonoma County resident since 1975, he's familiar with virtually every one of its beaches and coves. Patrick spends much of his free time in and on the water worldwide, surfing, diving, and sailing. He’s also an ocean-based environmental photographer.
